What is your return policy?
Studio Laura Loving art and products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please email us within 3 business days of delivery. We handle all requests individually in order to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email TheShop@StudioLauraLoving.com for all inquiries.
In your email, include a brief description of the issue, and your preference for the return. You will receive instructions for either a full refund, a replacement, or a credit towards your next purchase. Kindly take care that the returned product is packaged in its delivered condition.
Is my transaction secure?
We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using latest encryption technology and your credit card information is never stored.
If you do not feel comfortable making your purchase with a credit card on-line, contact us via email at TheShop@StudioLauraLoving.com. We will contact you and process your credit card order over the phone.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Original art, tiles, masks, ornaments and pop blocks are delivered between 7-10 business days. Canvas and paper print orders are taking 10-15 business days for delivery due to Covid delays. Please email us if you have any questions about your order at email@example.com. You will receive tracking once you place your order and we will notify you if waits are longer than expected.
How do I know when my products have been shipped?
Customers will receive notification via email. If you do not receive this email within 7 days of placing your order, make sure to check your junk/spam mail folder or contact us. Your delivery confirmation number (from USPS) or your tracking number (from Fedex) will be included in the email.
Please note that the USPS delivery confirmation service is not an actual tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. We are excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. Please email Laura for a shipping quote (TheShop@StudioLauraLoving.com). Please note, Studio Laura Loving is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. We have sold and shipped art all over the globe including: Australia, England, France, Singapore, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands and Canada.
Where are Studio Laura Loving products made?
Studio Laura Loving commits to being as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. All art is created in New York City by artist Laura Loving. All prints and products are made in the United States of America.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of New York. For all New York orders a sales tax of 8.875% does apply.

What if my order is incorrect, defective or damaged?
Please check your package as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if something has arrived damaged. Damage/defect claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. No claims can be made after 72 hours.
