Flower Party is Laura’s latest original. Inspired by the art of the Dutch Golden Age, pop artist Donald Baechler and an earnest love for flowers, this work is a mix of painting and collage. Laura hand-cuts and arranges 100s of paper elements to create the collage. Her intention is to render a textural and vivid image by layering and combining tiny pieces of colorful and patterned paper.
