The Happy Wall Art Collection features the artist’s most popular images on canvas. The printing technique used for this collection is called giclee.
A giclee (zhee-CLAY) is a high resolution reproduction done on a special large format printer. Giclees are produced from digital scans of existing originals. These reproductions are superior to traditional lithography in nearly every way. The colors are brighter, longer lasting, and are so high-resolution that they have a virtually continuous tone. Giclee prints are coveted by collectors for their fidelity and quality, and desired by galleries because they so accurately reproduce the original works. HAPPY wall art on canvas are stretched on 1.5 inch wood bars and are shipped ready to hang.

BP: You are an artist who depicts NYC through your work. When did your love for NYC begin?
LL: I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA and always had my sights set on New York City. My obsession with the cultural ...

The Harding Art show started In 1975 and has grown into one of the best and most recognized art shows in Nashville. This year featured over 70 well established artists from across the United States. I was blown away with the professionalism and hospitality of this wonderful event that is so supportive of artists. Thank you Harding!
When I graduated from college, the last thing I wanted was to live in Atlanta, GA. I had spent my whole life in the peach state.
With my college degree from the University of Georgia in hand, I jumped on a plane to interview for design jobs in New York City without luck. Disappointed, I returned home and took a job with a French telecommunications company. Not a likely choice for an artist, but I was twenty-one, fresh out of college and wanted out of my parents’ house. I was totally qualified. ...

After many years of putting my work out into the universe, I can quickly identify those who approach me with sincerity and respect versus those who maneuver with an agenda that has nothing to do with me -- or my art.
For me, critics fall into two categories: Category 1 critics are helpful and empower ar...
A client asked me to host a studio visit for her daughter's Girl Scout troop. I said yes, of course, and rolled out the red carpet for these smart and creative young ladies from Lake Success, New York!
It just so happens that right around the same time, I was in the middle of the preschool interview process here in Manhattan for my daughter, Stella. The one thing I kept hearing at open house after open house is "children learn through play". So, I decided we would play and hopefully learn som...
Entrepreneurial artist and burnt-out mommy trying to keep her businesses going, Party of One! Ugh!
You know how it is when you are struggling to make ends meet and dealing with the worst case of split ends you’ve ever had. That was me in a nutshell. The adjustment to parenthood plus working part time was kicking my derrière and I needed help. About four different people suggested getting an intern. I didn’t listen at first. I have had interns before with mixed results. I once had an intern ...
